Services
Consultation: Introductory interview session to discuss your personal needs and goals as well as collect any pertinent medical data. This is a 45 minute session designed to focus on what you would like to achieve from your wellness program to support your journey to success.
Evaluation: A session to help you establish a starting point and determine realistic goals. In this 45 minute session, you will receive tangible data from which you can measure your hard work and progress. Strength , flexibility, Vo2, resting vital signs and percentage of body fat will be tested.
Program Design: A customized program to meet the individual needs. This 45 minute session will teach you your personalized program designed to meet your needs, schedule and goals.
Partners In Fitness, also offers Mini-Fit Tests to help you measure your progress. These tests will measure Body Mass Index (BMI), waist to hip ration (W.H.R.), girths/measurements and resting blood pressure and pulse.
