Welcome to Partners in Fitness on-line program.  We look forward to providing you with the tools to make lifelong changes.

You are about to participate into a journey to find the “real you” … the happier, healthier and stronger person you want to be.  You deserve to feel good about yourself and once again retrieve a sense of control with life.

The 12 week program will support you in this journey.  We have the formula for a wellness plan that will fit your personal needs.  This on-line program provides you with flexibility to work at your own pace.

The program is not about a ‘quick fix’, but rather a program that provides with the tools to live realistically and to make long changes.

The program begins with a two-week “Let’s Get Started” plan to kick start the weight loss process. You will receive a menu plan, supported by extensive nutrition information and recipes.

Education is the key element to feeling empowered.  When you experience empowerment you are positioned for success.  Partners in Fitness hands you the key so that you can finally be in control of your weight, instead of your weight being in control of you.

Partners in Fitness offers a global approach to weight management.  The emphasis is on four key elements….proper nutrition, intentional exercise/being more active, education, and lifestyle management.  When all four elements are addressed long term weight management is achieved.

There are 12 weekly lessons that will be provided to you.  We will be forwarding you one lesson a week.  Please be sure to complete each lesson before starting the next lesson, to ensure maximum results.  Our on-line staff welcomes any questions or clarifications to support your journey.
